Product and packaging proposal for Spanish company Gallina Blanca
Mochis are a typical Japanese dessert that have a soft and chewy texture with fruit flavored fillings.
Our goal was to introduce a new food culture and make it desirable for the target market without compromising cost and efficiency.
Gallina Blanca have a sub-brand called Yatekomo, which mainly sell different flavored asian noodles.
This product was meant to be eaten in combination with other Yatekomo products, like their existing noodles and another one of our proposals called DumDum, a steamed dumpling product.
This project was carried out at the university of Elisava in Barcelona for Packaging class.
I worked side by side with my other teammates: Mariana Salazar, Nathalie Müller, and Rodrigo Pérez.
